Welcome to Sanctuary Psychology

To me, Sanctuary means a safe place to rest and reflect — a reprieve from the storm of life. Therapy here is an invitation to slow down, breathe, and gently turn toward yourself: your life, your patterns, your experiences.

When we do this together, something important begins to happen — what you’re experiencing starts to make sense. Even the parts that feel confusing, overwhelming, painful, or hard to explain.

If you’ve tried to understand yourself, to change things, to “do the work” — and still find yourself returning to the same patterns, despite knowing better and doing all the “right things” — you’re not alone.

There is always a reason for the way you feel and respond.
Before we can change anything, we first need to understand and honour it.
